WritWork exists because of a simple mismatch: every week, city building inspectors in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Fort Worth and New Orleans order thousands of repairs — roofs, porches, masonry, plumbing, wiring — and the contractors who could do that work never hear about it. The orders sit in public datasets that almost nobody reads. We read them, sort them by trade, group them by property, and put them in front of the trades that can win the job.

We built the product around one rule: you never have to take our word for anything. Every order links back to the city's own data service, every record page re-checks the city live when you open it, and the free preview shows real records you can verify the same way — delayed and capped, but never faked. What you pay for is the part that wins jobs: the full feed while it's fresh, and the intel on who to call.

WritWork is operated by Paragon Government Solutions LLC DBA WritWork LLC, based in Fairfax, Virginia. We work with public government data every day, and we hold ourselves to the standard that implies: accuracy, verifiability, and a clear line between what the city said and what we added. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any city whose data we mirror.
